The Platform for Collaboration on Tax is pleased to release its latest online knowledge resource tab: Tax Tools and Frameworks

Countries and development partners can now access a variety of tools and frameworks of the PCT Partners to inform aspects of, and assist with, the distinct stages of tax system reform. These tools serve different purposes, provide a varying level of specificity, and integrate with the country programs at different stages.

The Tax Tools and Frameworks page of the PCT website gives an overview of various stages of tax system reform and provides an interactive mapping of the PCT Partners' tools and frameworks to the stages of tax system reform that they support. The interactive map collates tools and frameworks that have been developed:

  • By individual PCT Partners, such as the IMF's Revenue Administration Gap Analysis Program (RA-GAP);
  • In cooperation among PCT Partners such as the UNDP/OECD's Tax Inspectors Without Borders (TIWB); or,
  • In collaboration between the PCT Partners and the broader community of Development Partners, such as the Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) and the International Survey on Revenue Administration (ISORA).
