The PCT Secretariat presented its recent work on the taxation of official development at the Session 4: "Taxation of Official Development Assistance: Are donors meeting their commitments?" of OECD Tax and Development Days 2023 on February 15, 2023.
On December 9, 2022, The Platform for Collaboration on Tax (PCT) – a joint initiative of the IMF, OECD, UN and the World Bank Group (WBG) – released its Progress Report 2022, which provides an update on the world’s four leading multilateral organizations’ collaboration in revenue mobilization since October 2021.
Commissioned by PCT and prepared by the French think tank, Foundation for Studies and Research on International Development - FERDI, the new study on "Country Practices in Project Aid Taxation" looks at the issues of tax exemptions on government-to-government aid from the recipient country perspective.

The new Tax Tools and Frameworks Resource Tab gives an overview of various stages of tax system reform and provides an interactive mapping of the PCT Partners' tools and frameworks to the stages of tax system reform that they support.
