The PCT Progress Report 2024 provides an overview of the PCT Partners’ collaboration on domestic resource mobilization under four workstreams: tax and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including environmental tax, international taxation, medium-term revenue strategy (MTRS), and stakeholder engagement, dissemination, and internal exchanges.
This paper is issued as a public consultation draft to seek feedback on its contents from tax policymakers, practitioners, and experts. We invite all relevant stakeholders to review the document and provide their comments, suggestions, and insights. The deadline for submission is February 11th, 2025.

The Platform for Collaboration on Tax (PCT) released a new report on carbon metrics of its partners. The report aims to help policymakers, businesses and other stakeholders strengthen their understanding of different carbon pricing metrics of the four largest international organizations.
The Tax Projects Database (formerly Online Integrated Platform) has been recently updated with the latest available data from the four Partners of the Platform for Collaboration on Tax. The database now includes over 700 projects and activities on domestic resource mobilization (DRM) from over 170 countries.
