The PCT Progress Report 2023 provides an overview of the PCT Partners’ collaboration on domestic resource mobilization under five workstreams: tax and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with emphasis on environmental tax, international taxation, medium-term revenue strategy (MTRS), resilience to and preparedness for shocks, and stakeholder engagement, dissemination, and internal exchanges.
